Unless otherwise stated, these Terms and Conditions apply regardless of the method used to the order the goods. All orders are accepted on these Terms and Conditions
No variations to these Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed to in writing between PestProducts.co.uk and the purchaser.
Website Prices and Payment
All website prices include UK excise duty and UK VAT applicable at the time. All goods must be paid for before despatch. Payment may be made using our secure server by Visa, MasterCard, Meastro or other accepted cards. If you are sending a personal cheque, goods will not be despatched before satisfactory clearance. We also accept Telephone Orders and Paypal. Please do not send cash payments through the post.
Confirmation of Order
We recommend all customers open an account to ensure order details are received throughout your purchase.
All orders will be confirmed by email immediately after the order is processed. In the event of that you do not recieve a confirmation email of your order, please log-in to your account to see your status, or contact our customer service by e-mail who will be happy to assist you.
Installation
We recommend a qualified electrician must install all electrical products supplied.
All products must be earthed where necessary.
The mains supply must always be isolated prior to installation.
Installation accessories such as screws and raw plugs etc are not generally supplied.
Liability will not be accepted for any personal damages such as electrocution, loss of life due to improper installation. Your statutary rights are not affected.
General
Descriptions and measurements are supplied by the manufacturer and are as accurate as possible to the best of our knowledge. PestProducts.co.uk reserves the right to decline to trade with any company or person.
